The food was okay with the service could have been better

The staff is very unprofessional, especially Sabrina the night manager. Not to mention the slushie machine is down 9 out of 10 times. I had to wait 15 minutes for 3 soft tacos and a Nacho Bell Grande, and then I didn't even get what I had ordered! Maybe the new management will hire people who can actually do their job, I hope so!

Waited over 25mins to get my food, due to the staff prioritizing the drive through line. When I checked outside they had cars wrapped around nearly the entire building and cars were driving away left and right when they could. The owner needs to address this issue immediately if the hope to stay profitable or in business at all. The manager on duty looked like she was in her teens, and did not resolve my problem satisfactorily nor seemed to really care.
