Absolutely unacceptable! I've had bad experiences here before, but that was years ago. I figured things might change, but from what I learned today this particular location is just a horrible place. I stopped in ONLY ordering for myself, specially a tamale platter and two soft tacos. I had 3 people order behind me. The 3rd person was given her order first (after 20mins) and she left. They had a order sitting on the counter, and asked me was it my number, and I said no that's not mine (it had burritos in it). The lady that took my order said, "I think I gave that lady your order". 10mins later that lady came back and brought the order back with her. They gave her the bag with the burritos (which was her order) and she left the wrong order on the counter. She crewmember that took my order grabbed the messed-over bag of food the lady brought back and said to me "here is go, sir here's your order". I told her, "sweetheart, I'm not gonna accept that. Do you realize how unsafe and unsanitary that is??". So they re-made my order at my request. I will be in touch with y'all district manager! I wish I could rate this place a zero star.
