Received a pair of shorts online. Unfortunately they had an ink mark on them (right in the front). So, I took them to the nearby Talbots to return or exchange them- no they didn't have another pair in my size (end of season and all). However the wonderful woman working there pulled out baby wipes and started to rub the ink spot. (Yes, baby wipes). Unbelievably, the spot started to disappear. She worked on it for a bit until the spot was gone, then she offered me a discount on the shorts. I could have gotten a refund, but the shorts now looked great so I accepted the offer. Of course you don't want to receive clothing that has ink mark, but I feel as though the wonderful people at Talbots did their best to make this a win-win situation. I'm a happy customer! (I'm also going to buy some baby wipes)
