I wish there is no star rating. I was unfortunate enough to decide to have this clinic for my physical exam. Doctors are shady and lousy. Because they have a medical degree, they think they are above all else. This so call doctor Karna Patel is the worst doctor I have come across. He insisted me to get started on treatment that I clearly do not need and might affect my ongoing medical conditions. He thinks he knows it all since he graduated from a medical school in India. I bet it must be of Harvard equivalent per Patel Karna's standard. Communication between staff and patient are low rate quality of third world. Or it was just my luck. I hope you people at this Tampa General Medical Group Family enjoyed my hard earned money without providing me the professional and proper care. Tampa General Medical Group Family is worthless scum of the earth.

Dr. Patel and Eric were excellent with me as the patient they were both so understanding to my pain and compassionate to my concerns. Awesome. Now the FRONT DESK that was horrible left us standing waiting while they discussed a computer issue, NOT 1 but 3 of them were involved I actually had to approach them and ask for assistance. I'm fortunate that the back end of the office didnt have those qualities. Which were poor patient service. Then I called the office the next day to leave a messafe with Dr. Patels staff only to be left on hold for 26 minutes by the infamous FRONT DESK representative CELINA. Bui I go back for the excellent service I get from Dr.Patals staff..

Dr. Patel is a good doctor and I love the staff and how clean it is here and the wait time is pretty fast. Great place to go.

Everyone at TGMG in Carrollwood is awesome! Dr. Doctor is great she really cares about her patients and takea the time to listen instead of just writing a script. The nursing staff is great too! The office is quick to get you in if its urgent and the wait time is not long at all. I found them after moving back to the are and I'm so glad I did!
