They were fast and friendly. My 70 lbs boxer lab mix is very timid and gave them a hard time but they handled her very well and get her done quickly. Prices were very fair too. Highly recommended.

My dog Porter has been going to Dr. Ferrall his entire life, and could not have asked for a better vet! When I first adopted Porter from the pound, he was having a lot of adverse reactions to food and allergens, and Dr. Ferrall helped us identify different items that were causing him to by symptomatic (digetic and skin). Dr. Ferrall was also so kind as to give me information on signs to identify things were "getting worse", as he knew that multiple vet visits in one month were adding up, and by taking his advice I saved myself extra costs that a more business-as-usual vet would have been happy to take advantage of.  More than anything though, the entire staff is kind and compassionate, and they are so great with their animal patients. I have moved to the other side of Tampa, and even with the traffic, I still couldn't think of going to a different vet.

Dr. Ferrall is a great vet who really takes care of his patients. His guiding philosophy is to practice veterinary medicine the way he would like it practiced on him.
