Very good and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing, always quick with advice when asked.
The pricing is better than most and the Docs are very friendly, know what they are doing and obviously love animals.

I’m very disappointed in the staff here. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been either extremely unhelpful or just plain rude (talking about receptionists/vet techs). Definitely taking my pet elsewhere from now on.

I brought my dog in after she scratched her cornea. She went to a different vet when it first happened and we got an othimal antibiotic but it got worse, even with the medicine. I brought her into connechusett animal hospital and they told me that they didn’t know what was wrong with her eye and I had to see a specialist. This visit was $80. I went to see a specialist and they said that her corneal scratch turned into an ulcer and that the ulcer was actually healing beautifully. Most incompetent vet ever she even had trouble/looked uncomfortable restraining my 20lb dog. If they don’t know anything about eyes they should turn you away and tell you to go else where. The vet was Dr. Thomas.
