*I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the Manager at this store TOM! at Polo Ralph Lauren - Tanger Outlet Fort Worth, Texas I spent 1 and 1/2 hours picking out a large number of clothes in the Big and Tall section. The associates were awesome!!! I asked the associate to hold my items. She was very nice and put all of the items on the counter behind her with a note listing to hold with my name on it. Harrison. It was 12:44 pm on Monday. I inadvertently left my card home but I live a few minutes away. I told the associate I would return shortly - please hold those items. I returned to the store before 3 pm the same day and the associate told me my clothes were put back by the Store Manager-Tom. Why would he put my clothes back? I asked to speak with Tom - he never came out to speak with me. The associates were very ind and said they would pull all the items again. At that point I was very frustrated. I said no thanks to them and left. I didn't have the patience to do it again. I will not help sales in this store. I will not return to this location. This really put a bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional -TOM. Your staff knew how to handle this situation better than you. Not good Tom - Not Good

Surprisingly large number of retail shops ranging from fragrances to apparel to a tool store. Unfortunately, many of the prices are no bargain and can be better in a non discount location but if you look in enough stores there are some deep savings. There was a depressingly small amount of customers and it's easy to root for both the stores' and the patron's success. If you are willing to take your time, it's likely you will find some good prices and if you're looking for something specific you may or may not get what you went for but it is still time well spent in a currently immaculate setting.

The outlet mall in Fort Worth is very easy to get to. The layout of the stores makes it very easy to shop and I love that there is a lot of seating all over the place. It is very cozy. I like the best that it is laid out that you can park in one spot and do all your shopping. The Allen Outlet Mall and Allen Texas you have to keep getting in and out of your car and drive all over the place the planning of Tangiers was well thought out. I am looking for to going back there very soon

This is a fairly new outlet location for Tanger. It has a great selection of stores plus there's also an outlet store with power tools with well-known brand names. It has a great selection of restaurants as well good areas to relax with the family. If you don't care for the restaurants in the outlets it is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants in the neighboring blocks as well. Didn't take any pics for this post but will post soon as I plan to visit these Outlets many times in the future. Overall, I would suggest a visit Tanger Outlets in Fort Worth and enjoy the Tanger experience for yourself.

Loved my visit here! So many shops and the layout is easy to get around. Took my granddaughter for a shopping day and we both found some really good deals. Coupon books are a great help also! Enjoyable day!!
