Alerted customer service to a faulty dangerous product that could possibly cause rust poisoning and they did not care or notify management or corporate. They refused refund or store credit. I've alerted the better business bureau and will never ever shop at this department store again.

Rude employee who was marking housewares. There was a missing price tag, no more of same item, so she just MADE UP A PRICE off the top of her head for almost double what other items were in same brand. So shady and rude- I walked away. At least pretend to look up the price!
