worst customer service ever. My husband and I were trying to obtain a Christmas tree topper. All they had left was the display. They were willing to sell it to us but wouldn't be able to remove it until the next morning. My husband goes back and the male Manager there that morning didn't want to sell it to us, made my husband wait an hour and told him they'd call him once they had it down. Called him and when he went to pick it up, THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER PERSON. The star even had a note on it with my husband's information stating we would return for it. on top of all that, they were rude, had no regards for customer satisfaction, and were just plain unhelpful. This seems to be a common theme among Target. They have great products but their customer service is terrible. The only helpful employees were a woman named Mary and a man working in electronics. Target's season department though is awful.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I left the store feeling worthless. I will never shop at that location again.
