Not exactly "fast, fun, and friendly" with the video monitoring at the self checkout. Usually only go in for basic home goods, and now I have the incentive to shop elsewhere. I don't enjoy a shopping experience that treats me like a criminal.

TARGET must know me by my phone number by now?!? I call their Corporate office every time I have a less than desireable experience about this or any of the other many TARGET locations around Puget Sound. I work early so when I get a break I usually stop into a TARGET to use the facilities and grab a cup of coffee-provided the cafeteria is open of course?? I can usually be seen around 7 am or so-one would think that this is the ideal time to do your shopping? My wife really likes the Merona and other Target brands of clothing/workout gear so I usually pick something up for her. On any given day I will usually spend about 30-45 minutes to look around and investigate new cool items. I must confess that I do about 90% of my shopping from AMAZON- they always have what I am looking for and their customer service is absolutely impeccable-nobody beats them! Now wouldn't you (you/me the consumer) think that in that amount of time that a Target associate would approach me with a REAL SIMPLE "hello" or "may I help" you?? Aaaaahh - NO! As a matter of fact- I get nothing but glares and looks of "what the he.. are you doing here"?? Even when I go to check out (i usually use the self checkout) the person that is supervising the purchase is usually watching me like a hawk no matter who else may be next to me. I don't know- call it paranoia or catholic guilt . What I think is really interesting- while I am shopping or checking out, the management and associates usually have their team meeting smack dab in the middle of the customer service area-which is right next to the checkout area so you cannot help but over hear. The message that management is conveying to their associates is of course about team work and greeting each guest/customer!? WHAT?? Ok Ok - I will stop ranting but I will not stop the complaints..........PERIOD! The moral of my story is a simple one: "At the end of the day I do not pay anything" How much will it cost you- TARGET??

I always get some sweets and nice cards! Staffs are nice. That store is clean! I love here.
