Four stars for the food and coffee, but the service and atmosphere weren't super. Surprised that it was so empty at lunch time on a Saturday. It's a cute place, wish they'd market/advertise themselves better. I've lived in this area a while and never heard of it. I'll probably come back though!

Walking in, this place has a nice vibe. They have a variety of food items you can purchase to take home. (soup, pastries, cakes, etc.) When I've been there in the mornings they have large portioned pastry samples to try. We usually grab a sample after we order our food. Looking at the menu I usually feel like the food costs more than I would want to spend on breakfast. ($8-$10) However, when the food comes out I quickly forget about the price. The plate sizes aren't huge but I've always really enjoyed what I've ordered. The fresh fruit crepe... oh my goodness that was happy experience. All in all I'm really happy Taste of Scandinavia is in our neighborhood for an easy and delicious morning breakfast.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Customer service is awesome and the food was original and fresh.

Hot beef bbq sandwiches were wonderful, as were the salad, and lefse! And the pastries are always delicious! It’s our favorite place to eat.
