Ask for Rose! She is an excellent waitress with wonderful customer service and she can sing!! I have to wait for my pancakes to cool down before I can begin to eat them! The food is good but the customer service makes the trip worth while!

Review for wait times + skimping on menu item:

I'd only come here if you're not in a hurry. For an IHOP, it's not so bad if you don't mind waiting. Even though they're never busy or full when I go there, the wait times are somehow extended (whether that's getting seated, having your server come to take your order, waiting for food, or waiting for your check).

Also as an aside: for some reason, all 3 times I've ordered the Californian scramble, they never add any avocados or anything else that's supposed to go on the eggs (they only add salsa sauce on top, as opposed to what the menu describes). It's pretty much the only thing I get so I'm not sure if they skimp on other menu items also, or if they only do that for the Californian scramble.

EDIT: They DO skimp on all other orders also. I tried their new menu items that just got added, and got a super questionable plate (see picture).

I don't exactly know how to rate this place.  I guess I will start with the positive. The food was good, the service was excellent, hence some 25% tip.  This was middle of the week service the weekend service is a little different. 
But the thing that is a turn-off is the men's restroom...this place smells like a sewer line backing up.  When you go in there just hold your breath.

I like IHop but my visit to this one in particular was a nightmare. I fell in love with the picture of a new item so I ordered it. The waiter didn't recognize the name from the menu so I pointed it out and said, "I want this." The other patron requested something else. The coffee took so long we had to ask another wait-person to bring it. When our order came, my order was something else. I told him I didn't order what he served me, he said I had. I asked him to bring me a menu and showed him what I wanted. He asked me if I still wanted it? The food in front of me was not like anything on the menu! It was not anything I wanted. In the meantime, my partner is starting to eat. The waiter said, I can re-order your food if you want me to. We had already waited (in my mind) and extraordinary amount of time, all the coffee was gone, so I said never mind, just forget it. I am NEVER going back to that iHop! I had to pick up a sandwich someplace else.

Haven’t been here in years but since I was in the area I took a chance. One manager there with dreds was so kind and helpful. Glad to see they got new managemt but she looked so over worked! This location is ghetto dirty and always have so much going on butthat Manager made the experience that much better for our party of 6. She need a raise or opportunity in a cleaner nicer store! 5 stars for her, 3 for the store.
