I’ve never had such a bad experience. The only worker there had a terrible attitude towards me. She was very unpleasant. There were no strawberries left. And she had one of the flavors mixed up. My husband is allergic to peanut butter and if the dude getting yogurt behind us didn’t say something we would have never realized that the “new York cheesecake” and the “peanut butter” were switch. So we threw his away and by this point we didn’t want the yogurt anymore. Being 6 months pregnant I was very stressed out by the situation. I will never go back again.
The scale in this place is broken the staff had said it was broken as well. The staff here consists of half naked children that have not been trained and are only worried about personal conversations . It’s definitely a bummer our family will not be back after the past experience we had.
TCBY is an almost completely self-serve frozen yogurt place with a great variety of toppings - everything from popping pearls, chocolate turtles, chopped candy bars multiple varieties, many sauce toppings, some berries, and various cereals. Sometimes there's also mini cheesecake bites. They have two sizes of bowls and once finished you place them on the scale and the cashier weighs it, and your final cost is per the total weight of yogurt and toppings. Flavors rotate every so often, some being seasonal and some being limited offerings, but there's usually always a fruit sherbet or two and one or two almond milk alternatives along with the regular flavors. Each section of flavors also has a lever in the middle for swirling the flavors in that specific section. As my personal favorites, I usually get the white chocolate mousse, oreo, salted caramel, or mixtures of them whenever they're available. The white chocolate is my favorite though. Also I usually get the regular and pretty much fill it to the top with froyo before piling on a bunch of toppings, so my usual price per cup max is around $15-16. Closer to $10 if I get less, since once again the price is per oz so more yogurt = more cost. I don't mind it every now and again though, and sometimes they have deals going for so many oz free and you pay for however much over you go. They also offer cones and come deals every so often as well as milkshakes but at the time of this review I'm yet to try either of them. Location is always clean, and the cashier always keeps everything stocked and is generally kind.
It's an okay experience. If it wasn't for the lack of frozen yogurt in the area I doubt I'd come here often or if at all. The people working are usually nice, and the yogurt tastes great. There can be a lack of flavor variety at times. My biggest gripe is I feel the price is very expensive. On a typical day, for me and my husband to fill up two cups with yogurt we don't get toppings its about $20. I'm always surprised when they tell me my total. There is a yogurt place in Rome GA we frequently and we only typically spend $10-$11. Overall I'd say go if you're feeling in the mood for some yogurt but just be careful how much you get!
Super delicious but the place smells and feels a bit run down.
We went back to back twice. Child got the same thing. Price was way different. Second time we went she left her hat. Cow print ment a lot to her. She left on counter went back within 5 min says it’s not there.
Although this frozen yogurt is a very tasty treat and the toppings bar is vast, the price is quite expensive
My husband and I truly enjoy stopping to get frozen yogurt here. It's nice to have a place like this near us. They have many flavors and toppings to pick from.
Fruit flies, fruit flies.... everywhere. This has been an issue at this store for quite a while now. They fly and land on open containers of toppings. Fruit flies carry many types of bacteria. Won't frequent there again.
I like this location TCBY. The toppings bar is well stocked. I also like the specials they have during the week. On Fridays, you can purchase a 12ounce cup and fill it up with whatever you want for just $5! I took my kids here for a treat and it was nice having the special because they were able to get their fill! The girl at the register had them weigh their cups and told them to add more so we get our money worth! :
