The cartersville Sonic is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Even after an hour and 4 times it was still wrong. Plus melted icecream and watered-down drinks. All they had to do was read. They even refused to give me a receipt. Tried using the app 3 times but kept getting an error message. Called main number because of my issues and spending $55. The guy on the phone said he would have the manager call me. The manager was the one who brought out the food the 3rd and 4th time. Guy on phone said he cant do anything because I didnt order on the app. Parking: Parking is tight for bigger vehicles
They brought me someone else's order. When they finally brought my burger, they forgot the tater tots. I was on the speaker with them 5 times. Five times. This fast food place took over half an hour to get my food to me. And this isn't the first time I've had problems here. Once, I had to return my burger 3 times before they made it the way I requested. I think this was their last chance. Not returning.
Stopped here on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm. We ordered a chicken sandwich meal, a cheeseburger meal, and a chicken strips kids meal. I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper with Cherry and my son ordered a Coke Zero regular. They put the cherry flavor on the Coke. The fries were lukewarm and chewy, not fresh. The chicken sandwich had about a gallon of mayonnaise on it, the cheeseburger had at least 10 pickles all stacked in the middle, and the chicken strips just tasted weird. My 4-year old took one bite of them and said, "no, bad". Service was average speed. We won't be coming here again.
I get off work really late and have literally tried every fast food place to grab a good burger. Sonic wins . Fresh hot , fast and filling . Great service and the girl who works nights is sooo nice . It's the only place I will go for a fresh hot burger .Food: 5/5
I ordered a coney chili cheese dog. It was like a jerky sausage stick. I actually spit out it was so gross. It must have been on a roller wheel for a week. The health department should stop by this place.Food: 1/5
This Sonic is consistently good. The employees are always nice and always get our orders correct. Thank you for providing great service.
food was great! when i asked them to make me a gourmet meal they gave me a tator-tot with nerd purée with ketchup and mustard as the sauce choice and a garnish of lettuce and a singular pickle. quite delicious and a bang for your buck at only 75 cents!
It’s a sonic! I love their corn dogs and drinks!!! It took a while but we got our food and it was worth the wait. I ordered in the app and got a discount. My fiancée tried the cinnamon bites he likes them! I got corn dog and tots and Moz sticks!!!! We got the doggie a plain burger - she loved it. No idea what the inside of the facility is like but the bathroom, which has access outside, was clean. I always take that as a good sign. The cherry limeade is amazing and the only “soda” it has sprite that I drink.
I'll have to side with the several people that stated "3 strikes you're out". I got a double cheeseburger with bacon this evening. The bacon was burned and and the Burger was overcooked.That Burger was as dry as the conversations I have with my father-in-law. The other 2 times I've stopped at this location my order was cold and it took yall 30 minutes to walk out to my car. I understand fast food establishments have their problems but this is really getting ridiculous.
Worst place to eat at. Cant even fit a fullsize truck next to the menus. This place is a waste of time.Food: 1/5
