Took my parents in to get new phones and the staff was friendly and very patient in answering all the questions they had and helping to get the new phones set up. Great experience with the staff and the service was exceptional.

Great service! Answered all my questions with respect and professionalism. Transfered my number and all my photos and contacts. Very pleased with my Galaxy S8+. In and out in no time, I will definitely shop there again.

Had a great experience with this store. Everyone was very helpful. Getting a new phone can be a hassle especially when you don't have alot of time. They were able to make this process alot easier on me & kept things moving !

I went to the new verizon store in fallston  because my phone wasn't working right. I wasn't going to drive to belair store and wait in line for an hour. They were very helpful and listened too everything I had to say. they were so nice and professional even when my two kids were running all over the store. This is my NEW store!! I will be back when my other phones are ready to upgrade!! thanks guys A++++++
