I tried to give a Home Depot employee a tip today for helping me load drywall into my van. He refused the money and said its what he's here for. That's a guy who really enjoys his job. Thank you for all your help. I returned with plumbing questions and the employee happily helped me with my questions.

Went to Home Depot to buy mulch in the parking lot I was followed by a employee trying to sell me a heat pump system he wouldn't take no for an answer I just wanted to buy mulch not be harassed by high pressure sales

For as often as take my business to H.D. I am furious over the customer service I received @ Bel Air today. I went there yesterday to rent an auger. I requested a 18" bit, they didn't have it. I requested a bit extension, they didn't have it. As a result, the additional digging that had to be done caused me to run 5 to 6 hours over my rental. I asked for leniency for the time over and the M.O.D. "Bill" totally brushes me off. This the 1st time I've ever been written off like a 2nd class citizen. Most experiences have pleasant to routine but this puts H.D as my last resort whenever possible. Thanks guys... Your no longer faithful customer, Terrance

I wanted to buy 46 Strathmore Brickfaces, and you only had 16 in stock. Yesterday on-line it said 100 plus in stock. Good thing I stopped at HD, Esther, a sales associate, said Strathmore Brickfaces would arrive this Thursday atHD, she would get my order ready, call me and, I can pick up Thursday. Good thing, my Landscaper starts on Thursday to do the stepping Brickfaces. I also have a 10 percent coupon for this purchase. Looking forward to saving money.
