Do not go to this location if you want any kind of customer service.went through the drive through for change, and was greeted my a very annoyed woman...never had an issue before, at any other branch.  Telling me to come in instead of the drive through....if I wanted to come in, I would have in the first place.... She then told me that I would have to wait for a while.... I said I would go to another branch....her manager Chris saw no issue with turning a guest away and inconveniencing them.

I went to this bank for solved the problem with my account. And the staff of this place is very nice so I have to say " Thank you " again. You really do a good job.

ATM ate my card at 9 am. Forced to wait until 11 when they opened for assistance. Thankfully that assistance was speedy and very helpful. FOUR STARZ

Terrible.  Just terrible.  Here on Saturday afternoon have 4 customers waiting to be helped by the desk agents.  Have only 1 desk agent working at 145 on a Sat afternoon.  Meanwhile they have 3 tellers standing there helping no one.  When I ask for them to send someone over they say they have no one to send.  Ask for a manager and they say there is none.  Obviously.

. Went to this branch again(no choice closest to my work) and encountered Annie. Annie is the rudest most smug individual I have ever experienced in any customer service venue. I went there for change and she lectured me on how I need to call ahead for change. She speaks to people as if they are children and is abrupt in her answers. As she stepped away to get change a very nice TD Bank associate apologize to me on her behalf saying Annie has had a bad day. While I understand having a bad day happens, this is not the first time Annie has treated me this way. She should not be a point contact person for customer interactions.

I have banked with several banks and TD Bank is the most convenient bank. They are open 7 days a week and they don't try to sell you new accounts of services like Wells Fargo. They don't fee you to death.. if you overdraft or if you fall below your minimum balance you know what you will be charged. Everyone makes errors and they are very understanding.
