The staff at regions is amazing. I have been banking here for several years. They has always provided me with prompt, friendly customer service. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you understand the services offered.

TERRIBLE!!! Whatever you do, DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH!! Out of all the hundreds of Banks I've been to I've never been treated so bad before in my life... Ladies here are so NASTY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. 
I work outside for a living so my appearance isn't always the greatest working in dirt all day so because they judged me looks of me wouldn't cash my check when the funds were available & THEY EVEN CALLED THE PERSON & VERIFIED THE CHECK but said they didn't feel comfortable based off of there judgement of the person cashing it.. OMGOSH THAT'S AWEFUL WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE..  Even AFTER I ACCEPTED THE RIDICULOUS FEE OF 20$ to CASH THE CHECK they just starred @ me with this discussed look on there face as they were looking me up like I did something wrong or committing a crime... NEVER AGAIN.. it was THE RED Haired LADY
"Manager".. IF YOUR A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECASUE SHE WILL TREAT UR EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASH if they look better then her.. OVER WEIGHT BULLY..
