In my experience, the staff has ALWAYS been attentive, friendly, and helpful. I regret that the hours of operation have recently been changed because the earlier opening times were especially convenient for me (if not for the employees...).

This place consistently has the most unpleasant people who always make a simple deposit an unpleasant experience.

The customer care person at the desk, Lynette or Dynette, was on the phone for 15 minutes, then appeared annoyed by my requests, finally she walked away and let me wait for another 15 minutes when she had no other customer around. After 35 minutes in total I found out I couldn't get my debit card reprinted because "the printer didn't have a ribbon" or something like that. If i were you, I would try a different place or maybe a different bank!
