I like this bank. It's location is right down the street from my job.  The employees are super helpful. I have no complaints.

Awful. Long lines, atm down, random rules about my check deposits. Looking for a new bank ASAP

The location is convenient and the people working there are nice, but they are almost always understaffed. There is usually a wait for the counter teller clerks, and god forbid you need to see one of the people at the desks for a more complicated matter, as there is apparently only one person who works there doing that. I've waited 30+ minutes for to meet with them here.

I would strongly recommend trying another location if you need to see one of the specialists, though for ATM stuff it's fine.

Service is ok from the Tellers, but when it comes to getting assistance from one of the Service Reps., it depends on who you get to help you.

Slow service. I visit this branch multiple times a week and always have to wait 20+ minutes to complete my business. Rarely is they anybody even at the drive through
