If I could give BOA no stars I would! I have never been treated as a value customer, let alone a responsible, upstanding citizen or rvrn a person at Bank of America. I closed my Account in 2009, yes 2009 because I wanted to pay off my loan with a check from my brokerage account and I wanted a receipt with my account number on it  for the payment. The Branch Manager he couldn't give me my account number. I had my ss card, my U.S. passport, my PA drivers license and my work ID. Fast forward to today. My child is away in college. I went to put money in the account and I was told they would not accept cash. I was on my lunch break and had just left my bank to go to BOA  which closes at 4:00p.
Now my child has to wait until tomorrow. 
BOA will take our money to make a profit to pay their shareholders, but an everyday transaction that will keep my child safe can't be done with cash because all people of color with cash are criminals.

Poor customer service. They could have five tellers in the building and only one "ringing" the others pretended to be doing work. When you have 15 people in line you drop you other tasks to shrink the line your customers come first that's how it should work.

Very slow and inconsiderate branch. Waited over 45 minutes to receive assistance. Had to get back to work, so asked if I could schedule an appointment to avoid the wait and the rep was extremely rude. The bank had no other clients waiting and everyone was holding conversations that were not related to work, but no one available to help me. Never going to this branch again!

Friendly staff and convenient location.

Nevertheless, awfully long waits to get anything done at this bank. They are terribly understaffed, with barely just one or two people at the teller counters assisting lines of customers.
Sometimes the line goes about to the door of the builiding! I was so frustrated to the poin that I was compelled to come here and write a review
