I wish I could give zero. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I could write a book about my complains. Phones are just decorative. They won't answer your questions. Things will take forever to be fixed, if fixed. And if you complain "too much" they will offer you to move-out, or say that the owner of the house don't have money to fix it. By the way, they will forget things like giving the key to the tenants so they can move-in or schedule maintenance(when they actually fix it) in your house without your consent. I personally talked to previous tenants and they said the same thing about being able to get things fixed. My neighbor had her house being shown to people even though she wasn't moving out!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Price is good, but the amount of stress isn't worth it.

I was looking to move to Laramie and timing was a bit off (around the holidays) so it was difficult at first to get in touch with an agent.  But once we were connected, Jessica gave her full attention to me. I got settled in and notice a few small repairs that were needed.  I put in a request using the online system. (It was so easy!)  They responded quickly and the maintenance man was very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend TD

Frankly a terrible company.   Look at their reviews and do not rent.  You may think you're saving money but by the time they fine you 30 times for a 100 bucks it's game over.

I rented a house in Laramie for which TD Real Estate was the rental agent.  Everything about my experience was positive.  Jessica was very helpful, flexible, and supportive when I initially discussed and rented the property.  They made moving in easy for me in inconvenient circumstances.  When issues arose concerning utilities and repairs, Holly and others were very good-natured, cooperative, and responsive.  Their website worked really well for me to pay charges and to keep track of communications.
