I absolutely love living at The Verge. I think it’s a good value for the price and the staff is so upbeat and energetic and amazing. They truly make living here worthwhile. Ashley is so INSANELY helpful, kind, considering, and not at all judgmental no matter what you throw at her.  I do wish the set up of random roommates was a little more coordinated with like personalities and especially people who like the same temperature in the apartment. Overall though I love living at the verge. (Also the speed bumps are really annoying but what are you gonna do)

The verge is a nice place, the staff is great. My roommates and I have been living here for 8 months. The verge rent per person is $490 a month with two roommates which includes $25 of prepaid utilities, but they don’t tell you about the overages. We have our heat at 65, and we are smart with using electricity. We have had more than half a dozen overages that were up to $95 per person.  There are many better options for living that’s under $600 per person.

I really enjoyed living at The Verge. They have awesome weekly events that are fun to participate in, and they have great maintenance that is there within a day of having something wrong. I wish they would bring the rent cost down a little bit because 500 for an apartment a month is expensive plus utilities

just realize you're paying one of the most expensive rates in town for a place that is mediocre at best, isolated from the uni, has no justifiable perks (ie. complementary wifi), and most importantly charges you for electrical overages (again, one of the most expensive rates in town to begin with). i give one star just because they've clearly diluted the initial bad reviews with paid, positive ones (plus i'm graduated and they won't let me out of my lease early, so i'm salty af). tawdry business tbh...

The verge is honestly an awesome place to live. The neighbors are so friendly, and always willing to help. The community is just so friendly and open. Anyone can fit in. The verge is allows kept clean and always looks very nice. The amenities provided make up for the price of the verge because they are very worth it.
