The tea and the amenities are wonderful! Very clean, and I get good vibes when I come. Just a heads up, the House of Blues is right next door... So depending on your room, you may hear some of the music going on if there is an event happening. Also, have your boyfriend call or your brother call for an appt. I've noticed a pattern that I always get a small room towards the front if I'm the one calling, maybe I'm just lucky.

Im giving this place two stars because of their poor customer service and uncleanliness. I came November 5, 2017 at 8pm as scheduled.  1 st turn off was they quoted me a price of 21 dollars over the phone but when I got there the girl at the front desk tried to charge me 27. When the most they charged for hot tub and suna is 25 on their website. But she ended up giving me  the 21 price which was followed by "I will do this for you this time but,next time your price would be 27" just so you know! as if I was trying to cheat them or if I will ever return here again . Second the room wasn't ready, keep in mind I called them at 12 pm to book this appointment. So one of the therapist go into the room to clean it with a dirty mop and on top of that she does a half ass job cleaning. Now I had started my hot tub experience 10 minuets late because of it and they didn't give me no extra time because due to the fact.I get in the room to find out that the trash can was filled with junk and my dress fell in it. These people just didn't know that I had canceled my appointment with well within spa just to come here and I deeply regretted. This place looks great and all besides that everything in the room was made of quality until you get to the hot tub and its made of plastic that kinda feels greasy from the last person, not to mention the black looking mold stuff around the 3 ft sign and then pulling up to see that their is a bunch of homeless ppl hanging around the parking lot and when you come out the place you see a new crowd of ppl mostly teens hanging around the entrance , not relaxing nor do it give a safe feeling . Please owner if your reading this, your place has potential but your staff is very unprofessional. The room was dirty and the hot tub is not of the same quality as the room.

I love this place. Service is always good, tea is delicious and the hot tubs are relaxing. Sorry I don't have a picture of the front entrance yet, but it is a gorgeous, tranquil walk way. It is nice to have a switch of your state of mind between the street and the actual entrance. It works great. I will add pics later when I get back into town. 

I haven't done the massages yet there because they tend to get booked quickly, but hopefully we will experience that next time. I will be sure to report back on that.

My friend and I love to come here on a Friday afternoon. The teas are delicious and the view out to the garden is lovely

Second time in this place. We had a great time just going to the hot tub and enjoying their tea. It was so good, we got an extra pot for three extra dollars. Even if this location is right at downtown, they manage to keep the hot tub areas serene.
