Since I only come to Santa Cruz every few weeks, I often don’t have time to schedule an appointment. Luckily, since Vital Body Therapy has some many great practitioners, there is always an available slot that I can easily reserve online. Because I tend to make appointments on short notice, I’ve had a different practitioner every time. Each one has been different, but all of them have been incredibly talented, communicative, and have reduced the pain I experience in my upper back and neck.

Maya approached our session with kindness, skill, and professionalism.  My pain from my tension headache completely left me during the massage.  The atmosphere and staff at this business exceeded my expectations.  My experience was positively lovely.  I am so glad I stopped in!

I enjoyed the CBD upgrade so much. My neck could not turn to the left without pain before I walked in and when I left I have no pain in my neck at all. The staff is very calming and the atmosphere was rich with smells of their home-made candles and scents from their lavender bath salt bags

Kayla was phenomenal. She was very attentive and knew what work needed to be done. She gave me insight into my tension patterns by not only her knowledge but through my experiences while receiving my massage. Because of her I have sought out more massage related work to help with my long held tension patterns including letting go.

I have never received a bad massage! I recently tried the CBD massage, and it was fantastic! Leah is my go to therapist, but everyone is exceptionally talented.
