I like the carwash as far as getting my vehicle clean. However, I bought the monthly speed pass and I've been super bummed.  They put a  adhesive strip on the inside of your windshield. The scanner doesn't read it so you have to get out and get the attendant every time you want to get a car wash.  This is where the customer service takes a nose dive. I've tried to get this fixed for weeks now. They're still charging my card $40 dollars a month and  management is unreachable. Call the number and the just hangs up!  Guess I'll have to stop payment with the card company and file a complaint with the better business bureau. I'm done with team clean.

I paid 14.00 for the total
Package. Not only was there no wax put on.  Tires did not get the shine and the guy guiding me in was telling me to go right as he gawked at my ride. The rails guiding me in scraped the black off part of my front wheel and the phone number on my receipt just rings once and hangs up.    Husband will go take care of this. I am to mad

Had my truck washed in Bryant this morning. Selected the $10 (Best Wash)... Drove home and when I got out noticed that the tire shine was all over both sides of my truck... Top to bottom front to back... It looked worse than before I had it washed. I went back to speak to someone and was greeted (RUDELY) by a tattoo covered Latino who told me it was common since that the tire shine would be all over my truck and they weren't responsible for it because I had chosen that wash.... Very disappointed!!!!

It was clean a vacuum head broke and the attendant quickly fixed it
