I got an excellent/fair purchase price on my new Honda Civic EX-T Coup. They had to look for my color (orchid) before I bought it so I wasn't sure I could get the car. They found one right away and had it driven over 100 miles to the dealership! Steve Sendejas spent a tremendous amount of time explaining the technology (which was what I really wanted to know about) ins and outs which I feel is a rare strength for a salesman...especially since he was actually interested in finding out new things the car could do as well. He also put on the wheel locks and floor mats I bought there while I was occupied with finance man. Really nice thing to do and an appreciated courtesy. The finance man (can't remember his name) spent a great deal of time talking me into the extended full coverage warranty, which I'm glad he did, so I'm covered the entire time I'm making payments on the car. The car...I LOVE THE CAR! The turbo is the way to go and the Civic coup 2D is really stylish and easy to maneuver/park given I spend some time each month in downtown/Lakeside/Loop Chicago. This is my first Honda and if they keep making turbo/sharp looking cars, while maintaining their reliability and longevity factors, I will be a life long Honda customer.

Dropped off my car for airbag replacement.  Everyone was nice! Service was quick and they went above and beyond... really appreciate the service even if it was just for a recall. Thank you!

Outstanding service! Steve is the best salesman, he makes you feel totally comfortable with your purchase. Tom went above and beyond to make sure our financing was exactly right. We left with a great car with an amazing interest rate! We will always come back here for future purchases.

Wonderful experience with my new vehicle.  Jeff R. was extremely helpful at explaining the vehicle and with the entire process.  Even sent me a video of my new vehicle welcoming me to the Team Honda family.  He went above and beyond and I highly recommend working with him.  Finance manager was very good about answering all my questions.

Good Customer Service is very important to me.  My husband and  I have been repeat customers all the way back to when it  was Harbor Honda.  On 1/27/18, this seems to be a different story.  I found a car for my son, did the credit app.  I knew credit would not be an issue.  I had to follow up on status.  The finance person did not bother to give me a status or come out to explain the process.  The salesman was helping me until his other customers came, then I was thrown by the wayside.  Whether I was spending $5,000 or $25,000, a sale is a sale and need the same attention. There was no followup to inform me if the car was sold or anything.  I had to find out by searching the website.  I am looking to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord.  However, I will NOT be dealing with Team Honda.  #lostcustomers
