I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion at the dealership. I was helped by Chris Hensley who was fantastic. I was a bit upside down on my previous vehicle and they were able to work some magic between the trade in and a small down payment to get me to a very happy place! The car is wonderful so far, I feel I’m getting way more bang for my buck than I’m accustomed to with car ownership.

The sales process was straightforward and the finance department also did a great job of making me feel taken care of and well informed on my purchase.

Absolutely pay these guys a visit if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

As I am Looking at A bunch of "CRY BABY'S" Posting bad thing's about Art Hill. Let me just Ask One Question. To ALL Of you. Have Any of you just tried To pick up Your phone & make A call To them. That's what I did. And everything Worked out GREAT For me. Then I felt Like A real Jerk. For Posting A bad Review First. When in All reality All I needed to do is just Make A Phone call

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Going into the dealership, we were a little hesitant as we both have had horrible experiences in the past with car salesman/dealerships. Coming into Art Hill, we were pleasantly surprised and they thoroughly exceeded our expectations! We met with Richie Pauley who was fantastic. He truly listened to our needs and was very straightforward with the process. The finance department did a great job of taking care of us. Everyone we met with from Tony to Richie to Stana; they were all very professional and extremely helpful. The environment at Art Hill is completely different than any dealership we have ever been to. They work together as a team and truly have their customers best interest in mind. Hands down, the best car buying process we have ever had. I would highly recommend Art Hill for all of your car buying needs. They made us customers for life!

Probably the best dealership in the country! They treat you like family, the atmosphere, the knowledgeable sales people, to the top vehicles. I've sent my family members as well as my coworkers. Keep up the good work. I also work for the Chicago assembly plant.

I previously had a bad experience with Art Hill's service department, but I am editing my review because I have been back there twice recently and the people who helped me were very accommodating and great!
