Mitch at Team Toyota made my lease experience effortless.  He was focused on me and my needs and made things happen very quickly.  Everyone at this Toyota dealership is on message, was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was having an excellent experience.  This is what customer service is all about.  Team Toyota of Princeton should put themselves out there as a best practice for excellent customer service.  I'm happy to give 5 stars and have already sent two people to buy cars there.

The team was very welcoming and responsive to my needs as a customer. Colleen made sure that I was kept informed at every step of the way and accelerated the repair process as much as she could while still ensuring good quality. I now have my car back and it’s in great shape!!

If you are in the market for a Toyota - it is worth the trip to Team Toyota in Princeton. The entire staff is terrific, and  Mitch in particular was the best !  He worked nonstop on our behalf and found us the exact vehicle we were looking for.   And as an added bonus Mitch was able to beat all competitors pricing.

Last Friday we had the best new car purchasing experience of our lives. The salesman, Roger Jespersen who handled our purchase was extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Since we lived 55 miles from the dealer we were able to handle all the details by e-mail and phone prior to driving to the dealership. After arriving at the dealership and reviewing the new features in detail that the new 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid has with Roger and taking it for an excellent test drive we were able to complete the purchase that evening. We would certainly recommend going to Team Toyota of Princeton and talking with Roger when you are in the market for a new car.

Had a great experience at team Toyota in Princeton this past Saturday. My service was quick yet efficient and my advisor went over my multi point inspection in great detail. this was my first time at this dealership and despite having a dealership much closer to me, I will continue to have my service done here.
