Great Team!  I have been purchasing 'Cooper Tires' for my service vans from Tecumseh Tire Exchange for the past six years.  Mike is great on getting all my service parts ordered quick and completing maintenance usually same day or next!  The owner (Ron) makes it a point to always follow-up with me in person on how my business is going and keeps me updated 'Cooper's Promotions.  The other thing I like is that they help transport me home if I need a ride while service is being performed on the vans.  This is the only place I take my service vans due impart his team treats me very fair and the price is right where it's supposed to be!  If you want honesty and integrity and NO BS go to Tecumseh Tire Exchange--trust me!

Piss poor  service. Took 5 days  to get sons car on hoist and pull  transmission  pan  off to determine if transmission  could  be rebuilt. Had to go get car  and take elsewhere. Tried selling  me high priced transmission .Mike is a jerk I'll never use or recommend establishm

Outstanding customer service!  They went to where I had been stranded, changed the flat to the spare in the rain, put on a replacement tire at the shop, and had us back on our way in no time.  Everyone was friendly and professional.  While our car was being serviced, the shop was suddenly flooded with customers, who had a range of requests.  Everyone was treated politely, despite the fact that the staff  was short-handed just then.  If it helps, I was a stranger to the staff; this isn't a "review by a friend."
