Very crisp and precise spinal manipulations, which I can't say for most chiropractors in the bay area. That coupled with great active release muscle work provides a comprehensive treatment for one's back/neck ailments.

I've seen Dr. John a few times now for different injuries.  Each time he's got me back to full strength thru his techniques, and provided me ways to strength the afflicted area as well as mitigate that inflamed area.  I appreciate his knowledge and patient approach!

I've been seeing Dr. Blenio for almost a year for my sinuses. He uses the headache protocol and it really works miracles. I had a recurring sinus infection for the last 4 months until I saw Blenio. You'll notice a significant difference after 1 treatment. Better air flow, less congestion, clarity of mind, less tension in your jaw and neck. I have seasonal allergies as well and this has helped alleviate some of the usual hazy allergy symptoms. Unlike other chiropractors, Dr. Blenio is not interested in selling you on anything. He is also an expert in his field and practices what he preaches. I have recommended family to him as well for other issues. Let the healing begin!!

I have been seeing Dr John Blenio for a year now. He takes his time to find out how I am doing and focuses on the issues with muscle work & adjustments. He also takes time to show me how to alleviate the irritated areas with the roller or miracle ball... while at home. I have been to many Chiropractors throughout the bay Area and he is one of the best I have found. Adjustments are smooth, I walk out with better energy than when I went in for my appointment. I highly recommend High Amplitude.

I've seen John for a number of visits now, and continue to be impressed with his individual attention and level of professionalism.  He took the time to really understand my issues, and tailored his treatment to my needs.  I've been to other chiropractors where they just seem to provide the same standard treatment no matter what your problem is.  I highly recommend him.
