Dr Williams approach of functional medicine has really helped me resolve chronic health issues that over 10 years of seeing other doctors/specialists could not. I was especially pleased at the way he took time to ask and listen on the initial visit compared to just filling out a form ahead of time and glancing over it when you were speaking. His approach/bedside manner may be different for some. He is caring and concerned but is not what I call a "hand holder". This maybe frustrating for some but I prefer his directness. He seems more open to possibilities than other doctors I've had that seemed myopic in their approach. 

The people in the lab have been courteous and procedures convient.  

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of administrative issues (scheduling/check in etc) and the fact that they recently switched to HCA. It is often a long wait to get through on the phone. Though they have a patient portal via the internet, even this system is quarky. It's promoted as being able to communicate with your doctor but what I've experienced was a beaucratic layer of more people reading my info to screen it before and IF it ever gets forwarded to the doctor (Sys Admin->nurses/staff->doctor). 

The HCA "system" is nit-picky and we have had real issues with them in the past (not here but at hospitals or ER's - such as not informing one that some of their doctors are not in your network). This office also does not accept medicare/medicaid patients after the switch to HCA. (Remember when HCA defrauded the feds to the tune of several billion dollars?). Our family does not trust HCA.

I would not recommend this office.  First of all the doctor we saw told me I just had a little ear wax when I told him it was bothering me.  I ask him to remove it and he said it was too small, but my ear was really bothering me.  I ended up going to the emergency for an ear infection and I had a lot of wax that a doctor had to take out.  
After all this I had an appt for a physical 1 month later and had to cancel because my son was sick. They charged me $50- ha, they must really need money and they must not want me to reschedule with them ever again.
