It's a beautiful salon and everybody is very friendly. I have booked Lorena three times and the first time she was great! But the second appointment I had, they had incorrectly written down what I had needed and she was unable to give me both a cut and color. The third time I booked an appointment, I was called 15 minutes prior to my appointment and informed that the appointment would be delayed and that-once again-she could only do one service (either my cut or my color) for me because she was running behind. Listen, I am in desperate need of a trim and highlight and have been looking forward to this appointment for weeks-my split ends were literally flying around me when I was brushing my hair today!  She does great work and I have loved my hair with her, but the lack of professionalism when it came to her time management was a huge turn off to me. When I called back to cancel, Anna was super sweet about the inconvenience and offered me a complimentary deep-conditioning treatment. It's a great salon and the work the stylists do is phenomenal-I just need a stylist I know I am able to rely on.

I have difficult hair to cut - very thick.   Most stylists are nervous to thin it to a manageable state.  I also like to have some input while the stylist is working on my cut and know that they are listening.   My daughter had a great experience at TEN, so I decided to give it a try.  Meagan was recommended to be one of the best stylist for short hair.  She was amazing.  Not only did she listen to my desires, but she acted on them.  I LOVE my hair.  Thank you TEN and Meagan.  I will certainly recommend you.

Attempted to get a Express Pedicure with a French color and was turned away! She said that she didn't have time for it. I waiting in lobby for 15 min only to find she had no time to do it.  Lame! No apology was given by her or staff. I walk out without anyone asking. I just left.  Never go there.

Five stars for value. Free drink, paraffin hand treatment, and scalp massage with your haircut-all for $30. Great atmosphere, impressed with my stylist. I will be back!
