I took my Bernese Mountain dog in for a bath. They called when he was done and when I picked him up, he was fluffy handsome! The groomer did a fantastic job. He was clean, soft, shiny and most importantly, happy. He had a great time at Happy Trails. Thank you to their entire staff.

Location is hard to locate in the basement of a back door of the residence. Facility is cramped and overpopulated. Ambience is smelly and not clean. My pet’s haircut was halfway done at best. Groomer complained the dog moved and didn’t sit still. Never had that issue with Annie’s grooming. Overpriced for a bath and front claw clipping. Would recommend Annie’s grooming instead. Only issue is she’s booked out a ways due to her popularity. Would not recommend Happy Trails to anyone.

I took my dog here for grooming today and specifically asked if they used a drimmel or nail clipper to trim the nails. I asked because I prefer that my dog's nails be drimmeled because that is what he us used to. The staff tells me that the groomer only drimmels. Great. Dog gets home and his nails have obviously been clipped. This is a big deal because he is scared of the clipping.  Why is the staff ignorant of what the groomer does? A lack of Communication has always been a problem with this place. They never explain their processes or anything. This is why they are always my last choice. : (

My dogs love Happy Trails! We use all services they offer (boarding, grooming, daycare), and they are more than willing to accommodate to our needs. They're more than willing to work with you on medications, playtime, pick up/drop off times... pretty much anything we do at home for our dogs, they can do there. They also offer free daycare when we board so my dogs aren't kenneled all day. Staff seems very knowledgeable and affectionate towards the dogs. The front desk is more than willing to keep a clear line of communication open while we are away. I don't know how anyone has a bad experience here! I would recommend Happy Trails to anyone!

I was hired as a receptionist at this horrible place, second day working there trying to learn, the main horrible woman Nealy was cussing and yelling at me for no reason I was simply asking a question about their package pricing as I had a customer on the phone asking specific questions and she acted out in a way that seemed like I was supposed to know how the entire place functions on my second day working there. One of the dog handlers had a really bad staph infection and she was allowed to continue to work there during her infection handling dogs and touching them and leashes etc. Nealy went off on a customer yelling at the lady about having her dog vaccination, not even employed there for two weeks they called me in the owners office to tell me they are letting me go, no reason for letting me go and said I didn't do anything wrong but let me go. This place is a very sad establishment and they play favorites with certain clients that spend a bunch of money there other than those couple of people they don't care about pets or owners. I guess they expect you to learn and know everything there is to know about the place in less than two weeks working there. 😡
