Horrible service.  I had a basic manicure that was hurried, a couple nails were not filed smooth.  The polish did not seem to be drying, but I was told they were good to go and 'to be careful'.   An hour later my nails were still very sticky, as if the polish was old.  I returned to salon.  I asked for a refund and was told I didn't let them dry enough and they do not give refunds for basic manicures.   Good customer service is asking the client how to make it right without argument and give the refund in hopes of the customer returning for future services and referring friends and family.  I will take my business elsewhere!

They did a very bad job on my nails. I am probably younger than most of their costomers so it seems they didn't have to do a good job like I wouldn't know the difference. I got the full set acrylic nails and they were not the same length, to thick, and crooked. Also they were all just watching Netflix and laughing and eating while other costomers were trying to relax and enjoy the spa.

NEVER GO HERE! The staff does not understand customer service at all. They used old nail polish making nails sticky and impossible to dry and when asked for a refund they said no and did nothing to make it better, what a waste of money and on top of that the sides of nails were not even fully covered and the guy asked me to fix his mistake by filing my mom's nail he messed up and handing me a file. Better off painting your own nails.

do not go here. they suck at degins, they are rude and they charge you $10 for designs.

Very rude to me and the guy I take care of that is Autistic. NEVER go here!!!! They damage your nails immensely as well.
