SAID "WELL I GUESS YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER MOVING SERVICE" AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER CALLING TO SEE WHAT THE 3 HOUR DELAY WAS. Based on my own personal experience with this company I would recommend that you STAY AWAY. I scheduled a move for Sunday 03/19/2017 at 1pm. I hadn't heard anything by 1 so I called and asked what the delay ways and she said she would get back to me. 2 hours later still nothing and I called again. Her excuse was that they still weren't done with the 9am job which just shows poor scheduling. After a 3 hour delay I called and said that I need to have an update as to when they are arriving. I was very calm but said that I have been waiting all day and this getting ridiculous and that I need to figure my options out if they aren't going to show. The persons response on the phone was "Well I guess you better find another moving service!" AND THEN HUNG UP! I have tried numerous times to call back to ensure I would be getting the $175 that she had already charged to my card, and now she is dodging my phone calls. I will be taking legal action if that part isn't resolved. I already have another company coming out that was fortunate enough to schedule me on such short notice. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FROM MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR CLIENTS, AND CLAIM THAT IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR THEM NEVER SHOWING UP.

Hard to beat the flat rate fee for up to two hours of moving time. My wife and I have used Tennessee Moving Service twice in the last six months to move antique furniture we have purchased for our home. The same driver and mover helped us both times and they were punctual, professional, and easy to work with. Thanks, guys, for saving my back! Best $198 spent!

Every step in this home purchasing process has been one headache after another. So it was such a relief that moving was a breeze! No hidden fees, great guys, and very quick. An all around pleasure!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........They Are not legitimate!!!!!! Over 2 hrs late... This company IS NOT LICENSED. THEY TORE UP MY FURNITURE AND NOW WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER PICTURES SENT to them. spoke with the lady many times and now they won't answer the phone. They are using fake addresses and advertising in Gallatin, TN, Nashville TN, and Lebanon. Tn. No business license in any of these towns.
