The packing team and the moving team were professional and courteous. The move itself was a challenge as it required distance to elevators (leaving), and then a three story climb at the new location - all made under bad weather conditions. They just kept on going despite weather and fatigue. They treated my goods as their own. They remembered - better than I - where the boxes went! Both teams have my highest compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed the service. Philip.

The moving crew of Bert and Christian really worked smart (and hard). I had to sort out items going to new Apartment, to Goodwill, and to Storage... and they handled it efficiently and communicated great. In addition it was a rainy day, but they worked thru it keeping my items dry. It was a flight of steps moving out, and two flights moving in. They placed items as desired at the destination. Great Job Bert and Christian !!! Thanks !!!

Rufus and Charles moved my things on 12/7.  They were professional and did a wonderful job.  The price was fair and they took the appropriate amount of time.  I would definitely use this company again!

This service is terrible! THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. Make sure they tell you EVERY cost associated with the move, cancellation, etc. 
When I was on the phone scheduling this appointment to move, the man on the phone told me that the total was $35 with tax included. I said "that does not sound correct, how does that even cover the cost for gas? You're telling me that this costs THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS (multiple times)?" He continued to tell me yes ma'am, even though I relayed the message that it was my understanding this total was $35, and he continued to agree. When he took my card number down, I asked him if they were going to charge me, and he said "no ma'am, we will only charge you when you confirm your service." No one said ANYTHING about a cancellation fee. I let them know 48 hours in advance that I needed to cancel, which is their policy, and they wanted to charge me a 1 hour fee plus a percentage of the total cost (which ended up being $3,316.00 -- a LOT different than the $35 he confirmed over the phone). I called them and shared my concern about this, and they took off the percentage charge, but continued to charge me $150 for the cancellation. They are just trying to take your money by not communicating the prices and their policies. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

I've never experienced anything like this.  they broke some of our furniture during an office move.  Before i was able to talk to someone at the office because it was closed, the drivers were super aggressive about making me sign that everything had been delivered.  Ok, i thought, i'll sign that and then call tomorrow, no problem.  Called the next day and they told me, "you signed that everything was delivered perfectly".... and then they sent their lawyers after me.  Absolute charlatans.
