Terra Ceia is a nice, clean little park. Nothing fancy, but nice. Wide roads. Good size lots. The park has many park model homes. Many park residents are winter seasonal residents. Some people live in park year round.

Park has a club house. Nice pool area and screened lanai. Inside lanai is a laundry room, restrooms, showers, pool table, tables and chairs, and clubhouse entrance. Shuffle board court is next to pool. Laundry takes quarters or credit cards. There are planned activities for residents to participate in. 

Most residents are retired. People are friendly. Everyone does their own thing. Saw a few large pot luck dinners while at park. Some residents get together in evening for beer, wine, and cocktails. Seems like they're all having fun.

A railroad track runs next to park. Only heard trains come through during the day. I found the park to be quiet and relaxing.

I did find the mens showers and sink area dirty. There was a large amount of hair, like someone shaved beard or body, laying around on floor, and showers were soap scummy. If the people who made the mess would clean up after themselves, area would have looked ok. I'm not sure how often restrooms and showers are cleaned. 

In my opinion, the parks only negative, is that some park model homes and long-term RVs, are in need of updating/repair. They simply are not eye appealing, and do a disservice to a nice little park. 

I would visit this park again.
