One word describes the people that work there as clerks:  IDIOTS

As the other poster said, Trooper Gomez was the only person there that had any common sense.

To deputy Gomez (didnt get the first name) who was answering calls today....you sir are what policemen are all about. Told him of a possible missing person in my family and this guy jumped to gear calling all hospitals...counties...surrounding cities...and other law enforcement looking for them. And you could hear the fear and hope in his voice that she would be ok. Begged that I call back and let him know if she was ok and found. All around best man in that city and office.
