Had to renew my husband's drivers license in office this year. The staff made it effortless. We were in and out in 45 minutes, with no prior appointment and it's Monday morning. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and told where to go. Very spacious facility so you aren't on top of each other like sardines in a can.

Came to renew my license on a Friday late morning. Tried the online line waiting queue and unfortunately was not able to make it in time. When I tried to push back the time, it scheduled me for 4 hours later which was unacceptable so I decided to wait in the standard queue. Despite how many people were waiting, it took me half an hour to be seen. I was expecting 2 hour wait. Also there are a bunch of employees here and the place was huge which is probably why the line moved so quickly. They who helped me routine; do this, do that, and about 5 minutes later I was finished. Whole thing exceeded my expectations.

Wish I could give it zero stars. 1) the people are rude. I can understand why DPS has no respect, they don’t deserve it. How can you treat someone with the nastiest attitude I have ever seen and expect anyone to be nice. Maybe consider trading your minions before actually letting them interact with people. 2) Don’t bother to “check in online” it’s a joke. You wait EVEN LONGER than the standard two hours you wait when just showing up. Trust me, it’s happens to me both times that I’ve been here. 3) The employees have no organization. My 4 year old has a very concept of organization than you. It’s unbelievable. DPS needs to get it together

The workers are very polite and cooperative. The process allows you to take a number and know exactly how long you will have to wait. I was able to leave and when I came back, I was seen right a way. The people make you feel welcome and truly look like they enjoy their jobs. My experience was memorable and that is why I suggest this place to take care of all your DMV needs.

I have come back since then, this time I arrived at 9:30am. My waited time was literally 4 minutes! I didn't even have time to finish filling in my form because the line was moving so efficiently, on a Friday no less. Everyone was courteous and notified everyone of where they needed to be and what forms needed to be filled out. The employee who helped me, Diana, was excellent! We had great conversation and her personality and energy made all the difference. I was so impressed with everything. Original review below: Perhaps you should change your google operation hours to reflect your actual business hours. I arrived at 4pm and was turned away by a representative standing outside saying it was closed even though on here it says closing hours are at 5pm. He must have turned away countless people that also thought like myself. I have been here before and have had great service. Just need to get all your public sites on the same page.
