These ladies need to take a class in explaining the process when going to take a test. They informed me I didn't have to make an appointment to take my test and could just walk in. When I went to go take my test today they said I had to register first and then sign up to schedule the test on the website. The lady at the front desk should've informed me of that when I went in the first time. Now I have to wait another two weeks to go take my test. This place needs new employees that care about their job and helping people.

Got yelled at for not standing in the proper spot  in a line that didn't exist. (Sorry for the double negative.). Signs would be much easier than having a person dedicated to yelling at the customer. I don't understand why I can't do an address change online for a CDL.  It was a pleasure spending 3+ hours in a tiny packed room.  Great job government.  If people had options, Amazon would have already put you out of business.

I wish I could give negative stars. Please avoid this place the staff are very rude and their service stinks. Not pleased at all so unnecessary.

Took my driving test, and i was overwhelmed by the Instructor off the bat, he failed me and after he said "I HAD ALL PERFECT SCORES TODAY" YOU WERE THE ONLY FAILURE" (not sure what his name was) )African Decent with a hat)
It was very emotional for me because it shot my confidence down. I really can only hope that SOMONE does something here at the Dps, to at least speak to there staff. There not only RUDE to people but make you feel like your in prison by the way they talk at you. And look down on you. I hope they can fix this soon. I wish they would take it seriously considering this is not the first comment.
