Watched the African American lady on window 4 chit chat and flirt with some guys, an unprofessional waste of other people’s time if you ask me. We got called up and she had a totally different ATTITUDE! She was really rude. We ended up leaving with out my renewal because another employee told me wrong information. Maybe you all need to get on the same page or get your website to have accurate and detailed information. This is the second trip I’ve made to this office. And “I’m not an officer” is an inappropriate and rude response when someone is asking you about driving rules. Jesus, I hope you end up in the unemployment like because you clearly don’t know how to deal with people.

The person (long haired blond, overweight female) handling the DL /ID renewal continually left her station for long periods causing me to wait for hours! The system is extremely inefficient and that receptionist should be fired! The “L” category gal waited in the back while one guy took his test...she could have handled two more of us while he tested! What a poorly run system!

If I didn't live 5 mins away, I'd go somewhere else. Worst DPS office in Williamson county, hands down. Their processes, from the time you walk in the door, are confusing and not easy to follow. And the staff is unhelpful and rude as if they dislike their jobs. It doesn't hurt anyone to smile and be courteous.

Have waited over 2 hours to renew my License. They literally had one person working for over an hour. When 3 others went to lunch. Ridiculous!! I understand getting lunch but it should stagger not be all at once when over 50 people are waiting.

Waited 2 hours in a very cramped waiting area. There are only 4 stations and each one takes forever. There were only 2 employees when we finally got up to the desk, but to find out that only one of our two Texas recidency proof was acceptable. Even tho we had an old one and a new one, it just wasn't at least 30 days old. I mean who moves to a new address just to move back to ur old house in like 2 months. We've had the same house for 20 years. We had everything else, but the lady was like oh u can just go to the library print this out and then come back and get in line. Um I'm not waiting another 2 maybe 3 hrs again. This building needs an update and needs to have more staff. Honestly just go to the one in pflugerville, I've heard it's much better.
