I like this location. Nice and easy. It really depends on how well you prepare going in and on how well you understand the material at hand. So it’s all relative in terms of waiting in line and the service you receive. Some people have to come back with more paperwork and some it takes 5min. Note: they do not do car registration/renewal here.

"For better service" is a common phrase on the god awful phone tree.  I wonder if they ever wonder why people are so angry because of the insane difficulty to get a hold of a human being.  Or maybe no one there knows anything so it doesn't matter.  Would never know, because they don't have to answer phones.   Eventually found a way, by selecting options completely irrelevant to my question.  Only took 30 minutes.

Oh, and if the lines are busy after you get through the phone tree it just outright hangs up on you with no comment.  Even verified by Operator.  Wonderful

years ago I waited in a very crowded waiting area for over 1.5 hours to renew my drivers license. Today 15 minutes. And the online get in line was not working. I expected a long wait and was pleasantly surprised. Polite staff, in and out. good job.
