Is it a requirement to speak down to people?  There is no reason to be that way to people. We are not here to get on your nerves.  We have business to handle. Treat people with respect at the least.

For my first time going to a DPS it makes me dread the next time I have to go. I only wanted a ID waited for over 2 hours, they skipped my number, and the staff was rude. I had to go pick up my sister so I had to leave I asked if I could get my ID. The fat nasty lady asked if I had a ID I said no (because I went there to get a ID 😑) she said she couldn't help me even though i had other proof I was myself. As I was leaving she had the nerve to ask what my number was so she could get rid of it. I think I'll go to Huntsville

Most unorganized dps EVER! I was there from 9am-4pm dealing with these people! The lady was very rude and they did not care about your problems. Everytime I got something fixed that was wrong a new problem popped up after the next. The lady should've told me EVERYTHING I was missing when I got there at 9am! I kept having to wait wait in line 3 different times, it was ridiculous. I'm never one to complain I get it everyone makes mistakes no one is perfect... but it was pretty obvious they didn't care about what you needed. The staff was very rude and they don't care.

The staff are very rude and called my husbands # twice in a row, but he didn't walk fast enough to the station and got skipped! Seriously, we walked up together, and they let me go and told him he would have to start over! Horrible place

Honestly, Some of the rudest ladies you'll ever meet. I wouldnt sugguest this location for anyone unless they enjoy being treated like crap and being talked down to.(((:
