This is my 3rd move with Texas Move It in as many years. Two moves were local and one further. I keep coming back because of the excellent and kind service. The movers always take extra good care of my belongings and set things up at the new place. I hope never to use them again only because I think I'm done moving forever, but if it turns out there's another move in my future I'd come back for another move with Jack and his guys.

I'm more than happy to take the time and write Texas Move-It a 5 star review that they truly deserve. Jack scheduled our move and from the get was responsive to all of our concerns, he met us first at our house and shared his moving experience with us, that was very calming and assuring to know how exactly our moving day will be handled. The moving crew itself was very cautious with our items and made sure to protect every piece of furniture with moving pads and plastic wrap, the guys were very quiet and didn't waste time but worked very hard into the night in order to complete the job, it was a long process and very tiring but they completed it no hiccups.

Easily the best moving experience I've ever had and its entirely due to the time and attention that I recieved from the guys at Texas Move It. They were quick, careful, and flexible. I highly recommend these guys for a move and will be using them again! Thanks buddy!

I have been waiting to write this review, trying to give them the benefit of time to respond to my damaged items. I used Texas Move-It twice and had two different experiences, which is why I feel okay giving them one star. They packed and moved me out of my apartment in May and into a storage unit. Everything went smoothly, I had bought extra insurance because of a dear painting I have would not have been covered if it ripped. They wrapped it great and it was well cared for. But then came moving into my new place 2 months later. 1. The driver showed up 3 hours late. I could not reach the owners at all until an hour after the start time. I had a set time with my new apartment's elevators, because of this tardiness, and we totally missed that window I also had to take a full day off from work. 2. The movers took almost 2 hours longer than they did moving me (and packing!) in May out of my old apartment. In the new place all they had to do was set the boxes down. I had to give them my dolly to use for the move as well as they were ill-equipped . 3. I kept wondering why they were taking so long moving my newly purchased sofa into my place. It was the last thing they moved in despite it being the first thing off the truck (and one of the largest items) After the movers left and I paid (and tipped) them I found out why: they had broken a leg off during the move. Instead of pointing it out and saying they made a mistake (it happens) They hid the leg in a container!!! So unprofessional. Along with the broken sofa, there was a broken book shelf, and a few other items including my grandmother's mixer. After almost a month of trying to contact them about fixing the situation, I finally got a hold of Jack and he offered the least he could do which was the 60cents/pound. I understand that's the law, and at that point I was just happy to actually be talking with someone. But the move was July 1, we came to that agreement Aug. 14, today is Oct. 10 and I have yet to receive any compensation and am again having a hard time getting any response.
