We in today and got seen right away. Extremely helpful and explain everything down to a T. No complaints.

Very impersonal. The tellers look at you as if you're  there to rob the place. This credit union is merely a cash cow because they charge you, the member  for almost everything. Protect your debit card with your life because if your debit gets scimmed like mine did they will deactivate  it and then charge a whopping $10.00 fee for a replacement. If you are a victim of fraud then in their eyes its your fault so therefore you have to pay them to protect your money no courtesy here ever at least from what ive experienced  so far from this credit union. I don't  feel welcomed here and that not how you're supposed to feel when you enter Texas Partners FCU at least thats what i thought. The last time I checked "Partners " are supposed  to look out for each other.
