Opened up a checking account for me, my fiance and 3 boys. They were very helpful and pleasant. Jackie Sabou answered all our questions and went out of her way to help my boys deposit their change in the coin machine. I am recommending this bank to everyone I know.

There's room for improvement on customer service and some of their wait times for features you can use on your account is a bit ridiculous but every banking establishment has their pros and cons. Overall I'm very pleased with my A+ account, I've even referred clients. Thanks for all you do!

Contacted Aplus and Sergio in Austin was helpful. Killeen area where I live will take some getting use to. Don't really feel welcome when I go in, so I make sure I go through drive thru always. They are nice, just a odd feeling when they first opened and being excited to go in was a fail!
