This place offers what I consider to be excellent quality steaks.  Cute western style birthday performances put on by staff.  Very loud atmosphere.  They serve free peanuts in she'll so they are all over the fire but that is part of the "Roadhouse" atmosphere.  My favorite place to go for a steak.

It was awesome, our female server Brooke was outstanding, very friendly and helpful, always checking on our group of 14 people to see if the food was good and if we needed anything else, she kept our glasses full of what we were drinking without asking her for another one, very attentive to her customers, she was awesome when they sang happy birthday to the newly turned 13 year old in our group, the horse was a excellent added touch. As always the food was top notch very tasty. Very much enjoyed ourselves. The whole experience was top notch. Thank you Texas Roadhouse in Papillion, Nebr. At Shadow Lake.

Had call ahead seating and still waited 30 minutes, when asked the hostess how much longer, she informed us we were already seated. Clearly we were not!
Service was poor, 15-20 minutes just for drinks,  appetizers came before drinks, our server took our order, checked on us once, took the money, never to be seen again, he didn't even deliver any of our food, apologetic female manager. Owner, Steve,stopped by and was informed of issues,  he didn't apologize or offer ant type compensation, pretty much just shrugged us off. Extremely cramped seating.
Will not be returning to this roadhouse.
Food was good, exceptional house salad.

Great customer service. Food is always good. Even when they are busy the wait time is never bad. It's one of our top favorites I'm there are.

Dk was the best waitress I've ever encountered in my life. The food was great and so was the service!! Definitely will be going back here!!
