1 star for the host 1 for the chef. They where the only thing good in my experience. Food took extremely long to come. And was cold so I can only assume that the server just waited to long to bring it. One guest in my party didn't even get his food till after everyone else was finished eating. After asking to speak with a manager I had to find him because apparently he thought he was to good to deal with us. 2 hrs waiting on food it too long. One of the worst places I have ever went to. Will not return.

I was looking for a restaurant job about a year ago, due to the good food and service given at late hours I wanted to work here. I got the job and never went back, thankfully I did that. Recently, I’ve tried to dine in and both the staff and manager was unpleasant to see us walk in an hour before closing then said everything they possibly could to avoid us ordering and staying. We left, the vibe was intentionally killed. Tonight I tried to order over the phone and the host/take out person was the worst person to speak to. Firstly she said that they are not accepting anymore take out orders which is fine but then proceeded to say that the kitchen is closed. At 12am the kitchen should not be closed if the restaurant closes at 1am then she contuined lie and say that it closes at 12:45a.m. The service, food and management was wonderful a year or so ago. Now, it’s horrendous I would be the first to recommend this TGI, but never again. Take it from someone who constantly ate there and has been working in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Ok experience. Server was good but they food runners brought out wrong meal. Server from fixed it. Server was good. Restaurant used to be better back in the day. Overall seemed unorganized.

Sunday night, sat next to screaming children from all ends. Ignored by wait staff. Took 30 minutes to get drinks, after another server asked if we were helped yet. I'm gluten free, and specifically told them no croutons on my salad, came out with croutons. My boyfriend ordered a rib eye steak, completely different steak came out. Took 3 salads before they got it right. My steak came out raw, ordered medium. Had to call over a manager. Nothing was really resolved, I left hungry. Don't go to Friday's!

Went to this restaurant with my family after a movie. Party of five, one daughter hungry, wife wanted soup. The rest of us had cocktails. Daughter's comes imcomple, talks to server about it and she had attitude. Bottom line is that poor service will always kill the vibe for me and TGIF won't have my money, too many choices around
