Thai Gourmet is a true treasure for Pittsburgh. You can't beat their prices for the delicious meals they serve. It's especially great for me, as they are able to turn almost any dish into a vegan one. The menu is pretty big, and everything I've had has been awesome! Be sure to stop by.

Just discovered this place. Fantastic restaurant. One of the best Thai restaurants in Pittsburgh! Very friendly staff, quick service and absolutely incredible fresh food. Nice sized menu and generous portions. Can be ordered from tame to very spicy! Despite being busy the dinner was served fast!  Will 100 percent be back again.

Thai Gourmet is a gem of Pittsburgh. Great prices, an exceptionally friendly family run restaurant, with huge portions that are served quickly. And of course, the food is fantastic - no other Thai food in Pittsburgh comes close (and I say this as someone who has spent time in Thailand). It's maybe worth noting that the atmosphere is basic/nothing fancy.

Overall, this is one of my top choices in Pittsburgh for cheap eats, quick eats, or just overall delicious eats. Give this awesome family run establishment your business!

I always find myself craving Thai Gourmet. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the prices are fair. I have never eaten in at the restaurant, but we get take out from here often and it never disappoints! I highly recommend the crab voluptuous, chicken pad thai, and tapioca corn pudding, but the rest of what I've tried is awesome too. They use a 1-10 rating scale for spiciness, and it can be a little inconsistent but it's never been a huge problem. And I will say if you are a spicy food lover this might be your new favorite place, because I've only ever gone up to a 6 and I have literally cried from the heat of eating it.

Great little nook restaurant with AMAZING Thai food and ridiculously low prices!  DO NOT MISS THIS GEM!  Your biggest challenge will be parking. Park in the lot at Liberty & Ella Street. You will have a short 50 yard walk.  Staff was very courteous, fast and helpful. I am an out-of-towner.  I eat here every time I get to Pittsburgh. If it was in my neighborhood, I would eat here once or twice every week!  UPDATE: I have eaten here 8 times in the past two weeks. I have tried to eat a different dish ever tIme and have never been disappointed once!
